The working principle of the plow unloader: This unloader adds a variable groove angle and an auxiliary plow. It uses an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source. The push rod drives the rod to extend to drive the plowshare down, and then passes through The connecting rod mechanism lifts the lifting and supporting roller group at the same time, and the lower edge of the plowshare is in close contact with the tape surface, so that the materials on the tape are discharged into the bucket and sent to the required place. After the unloading is completed, the driving rod retracts to raise the plow head, while the lifting roller group descends through the link mechanism to allow the material to pass smoothly. The improved plow unloader overcomes the shortcomings of the old unloader such as insufficient plowing, scraping of tape, poor overload capacity, and easy mechanical damage.
Most of the structures of the plow unloader adopt mechanical connection, especially the linkage mechanism, which relatively reduces friction and extends the service life. Using the electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source overcomes the shortcomings of the electric push rod's poor overload capacity, easy motor burning, and easy top bending of the screw. The moldboard of the main plowshare and the flap of the air-locking funnel are made of wear-resistant materials. The small plowshares are made of wear-resistant rubber plates, which greatly reduces the maintenance workload and saves costs.
